Do you offer customisable packages or à la carte options?
Yes! No two weddings are the same – we love creating bespoke packages that reflect your style and space. If you need to tweak something or want to build something entirely your own, let’s chat and make it perfect.
Do you have a minimum order?
Yes – our minimum order aligns with our Chic and Simple Package. This ensures we can give your wedding the time, care and styling it deserves. Get an instant quote here, to find out the minimum order for your venue.
Can I book you even if I don’t yet know what I want?
Absolutely! Many of our couples don’t have the full vision nailed down when they first get in touch – and that’s totally fine. If you know you love the idea of using living plants, the most important thing is to reserve your date. We only take on one wedding per day to give you our full attention.
How far in advance should we book your services?
Typically, couples book anywhere between 6–18 months ahead. We recommend reaching out as soon as you have a date in mind, as we only take on one wedding per day and popular weekends can go quickly.
Is a deposit required to secure our date?
Yes – to reserve your date, we require a £250 non-refundable deposit.
From there:
50% of the remaining balance is due 3 months before your wedding
Final balance is due 1 month before
Do you offer payment plans?
Our standard schedule is in the question above, but we’re happy to work with you if you’d prefer a different payment plan. Just get in touch and we can figure out what works best for you.
Are there additional costs we should be aware off?
Our packages above already include delivery, setup and takedown, however we can discuss optional upgrades, such as candles, additional lighting, etc. For weddings that require bespoke packages, we’ll give you a clear breakdown in your custom quote.
What is your cancellation policy?
All cancellations must be made in writing.
The £250 deposit is non-refundable
If cancelled within 3 months of your date: 50% of the full balance is retained
If cancelled less than 1 month before: 100% cancellation fee applies
Why do prices vary between wedding décor suppliers?
Some décor options (like artificial flower walls) are cheaper to produce and quicker to install – but often lack the ethical sourcing and personal care we pour into our work.
Compared to traditional floristry, our large-scale plant installations can offer similar impact for significantly less cost – some flower arches can run into thousands more. We sit somewhere in the middle: sustainability, thoughtfully styled, and fairly priced.
